Buhari, Adeosun, Bakare meet in Aso Rock
Pastor Tunde Bakare of the Latter Rain Assembly, Ogba, Lagos led the embattled Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday.
Pastor Bakare who was President Buhari’s running mate in 2011, general election has not been a fan of the president in recent times.
He has severally in his usual characteristics criticized the president for not living up the expectations in the governance of the country.
The duo arrived the Villa at 2:30 p.m. and moved straight to the President’s office.
It was not clear why Bakare was in company of the minister who is facing public scrutiny over alleged forgery of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) exemption certificate.
Unconfirmed sources however indicated that minister must have come to tender her resignation letter and perhaps ask the President for forgiveness for the embarrassment her complicity in the NYSC certificate forgery has cost his regime.
It was also gathered that she is one of the members of his church for which reason the clergy must her offered to bring her personally to see Mr President.
